my line also having problem, when i connected, initially i can get the full speed of my package (RM68), but the speed will decrease gradually to below 124kbps, is it my connection being capped by celcom? but i m sure that my usage is not over 5G for this month.

Back in pj, still facing low speed connection, i called to the customer care, the operator want me wait 3 working days to let them investigate.
When i get .130 (both pj and penang), the speed will limited to below 100kbps. but luckily when i at penang, i can reconnect to get the .31 or .34 which give me good speed, but in pj, no matter how many time i connect, i only can get .130 which the speed is slow
Any users here get the .31 or .34 but with low speed? i want to see whether is the location problem.
