why promoting 7.2Mbps while celcom can only provide 3.6Mbps?

torrent isn't relevant anymore when using Celcom BB
change to Rapidshare or Megaupload instead

i notice, when the status drop from HSDPA tu UMTS
u'll get a problem
it means the network isn't stable
but at some area, which is only has UMTS coverage
the speed constantly good (384kbps)
i tried before in UTM Skudai
it keep changing from HSDPA and UMTS
and it suck big time

i got capped,
after that, until now, my usage always more than 15G/month
never got capped

still suprise ur torrenting up to 1G/day
must get a very good speed then

it depend on ur area and time
if it's HSDPA and it's daytime, can reach 160kbps but not static at that speed
at nite, the speed kinda bad, really really not stable

are u a new celcom user?
theoretically, if u got capped, the max speed that u can get 128 kbps
try to do a speed test or download anything
and see the max speed that u can get
if it's always 128 kbps, yerp u being capped
don't bother to call CS
they know nothing about the capping thingy

i'm in setapak
and celcom jez getting worse everyday
can't surf at all and always DC
especially at nite..
lolz....anyone who face the same prob with me??
