still looking for wireless broadband..
im a totally a heavy downloader..
using megaupload premium to download..
before this using streamyx 1.0 mbps package at home..
now at my uni, the internet was suck..cant dl drama any more..

so, does celcom bb have any limited dl before the reduce the speed??
used to hear about 5gb limit before speed capped..

if so, even when im using MU??
*
celcom will throtle your speed after exceeding 5gig bandwidth usage every month.. so, if you are using 5gig on the first day, then you will experiencing very slow connection (or sometime cannot connect at all) for the next 29 days until next month.. so, please use wisely icon_idea.gif

but so far, celcom not so strict about that, that is why some user still can surf/download as usual even after they exceed the 5gig limit.. but celcom technical department now are about to start to throtle your speed. so, beware soon!

complain via email!!.... i thing today they reply your email then maybe next year they fix it.

maybe u has bad experience before, but for me, i made few complaint via email before and they respon within few days, then they will try to solve it and keep informing me the update.

i still remember my first complain via email, about weak signal at my house.. they reply to my complain, then the tech team contact me few times and few month later they installed new BTS.

my second complain also via email, about my gprs account (postpaid) that cannot be use, supposely all postpaid line should had gprs activated automatically. they response to my complain and told me that something wrong with the sytem, after reseting my postpaid account problem solved.

and my last complain about no 3G at my campus area (UKM bangi), they had response within a week, told me my complaint has been fowarded to the related department.. few weeks later they inform me that they will propose to install 3G in my campus, the proposal approved within one month.. and new 3G installed in last july 2008.

so, different people experiencing different thing..

so, as what can i see it here.. most people experiencing slow connection within last few weeks.. upgrading network? adding new server? expected to be completed on 15nov? wow, too long to wait lol..

however, for me here in sg.buloh area the speed still acceptable.. but not as fast as before.. so no need to unsubsribe yet, hope this will be temporary only.

but, the connection at my office (KLCC area) is quite terrible.. sometime cannot surf at all.. so i do a manual connection to GPRS to get much stable connection.. slow but stable. but of course, GPRS is for non-heavy surfing.. i connect to GPRS to chat via yahoo messenger, checking email, friendster, or visit lowyat.net only.. cannot open youtube, or dowloading huge file.. sweat.gif
