QUOTE(multiplexer @ Aug 6 2008, 02:58 PM) i notice that there are range of ip address that stable and unstable. normally for surfing, those ip address starts from 10.188 or 10.58 is good enough. but when it comes to downloading files, those ip address wont give u more than 10Kb. 10.176.x.x is the lousiest ip range. but for downloading, from my experience, 10.141 would give you the 3g speed. whenever i want to download some files, i do connect and disconnect in order to get the 10.141 ip address... He is right....its true...it may vary from you guys.. but these are truly from my experience.. |

QUOTE(soundsyst64 @ Aug 19 2008, 04:44 PM) I hardly connect to Celcom, especially during evening. That time, I'm using Auto for 'Choose Network' in Huawei dialer. Once I set to Manual, I'm able to connect without trying to connect many times. Yup i agree...with you. I was having the same problem till i choose to manually connect.... For those who using Huawei modem, make sure you set Manual in Settings > 'Choose Network', then select Celcom. |

The only problem i face with Celcom is that sometimes if i leave it idle for a few hours it will disconnect by itself and i can`t connect back, cause it will say no wireless network detected...but when i restart my pc its back to normal again...Anyone got any ideas why this happens ?...

QUOTE(LS_Ngu @ Oct 3 2008, 02:47 PM) Normaly how long need to be wait to activated the sim card for broadband after we register? Maybe cause of the raya holidays, so your activation has to be put on hold.... I had register with a agent h/p shop last fri (26/09/08), the agent say he had summit the form to celcom on Mon (29/09/08). But until today my sim card still not yet been activated... Why the service of celcom so poor? |
