AJ is located in Puchong. Opposite of a badminton court not sure what's the court name.

If you're looking for "non-swaeting" session (for me), you can join me on Saturday, The Challenger badminton court in Cheras area. But I won't be around till February. There's other session as well. Cyclone has a session too on Saturday night at the same place.

Note: Players in badminton central is welcome good player instead of poor player. They really mean it. So if you think your skill is fine, you can join them.

That's great. Free court is the most attractive part since court fee is damn expensive now

If you really are a girl, I think the non-sweating is applicable. It's not so applicable for a average player (as long as you're not beginner/novice). If you're guy anyway, I can play single with you

I hold this session is because I wish to have a session just before Chinese New Year. I can hold one on weekend though but for this time, it's different

Regarding badmintoncentral.com, it's actually depends on the standard of the group. If the group you join has higher standard, mixed with some state players inside, they won't be satisfied with average skill...Last time I join once nearby Kinrara area, the organiser told me that they are not so welcome poor player instead of skillful one. Of course, they won't tell us directly if they think you're the one, they will only speak behind of you.

You live in Cheras area? Usually I have a female friend will hold one at The Challenger badminton court on Saturday. You can join us if you want. But not for the coming 10 days because I'll go back my hometown during Chinese New Year:p

This is occasional session I'll hold one occasional session in a week randomly usually.

Put attention on your footsteps, body position + timing, rather than wrist power. I can do backhand with least power, but ball can be hit from baseline to baseline...

Ya any games today, few weeks already didn't play ball...Sigh...
