maybe in bios ... no matter how high u tweak the vcore, it remain same vcore oso, but in windows using dualcore centre, the vcore setting work.. i am MSI user, that's why i know it.. after i complain to msi, it release another bios and fix this issue on my MSI P35 board.. btw, MSI really weak in OC mer? lucky My MSI can hit any clock i like ^^
