- Kingsurf won WCG Paya Lebar Kovan CC League and got themselves a berth in the WCG.sg Open Category. (sauce)
- More teams added to the Open Category participants list. (thanks to KiLLing-z2 for the infos)

9th August:
- Team Malaysia received additional members: GH3, VF5, CoD4
