Blah, the surface is same bro... So it skips on all qcks~
Whats ur sens? ?cm/360
Mine is 30cm/360, med sens i consider, 6/11 win sens, no accel...
Mind to state yours?
Oh, yeah, to be a little more informative, the da has prediction, the ikari laser dont, thats why the ikari is more accurate as it doesnt interpolate movement, but well, i dont think you'll notice it anyway, since the difference isn't that large in low sens...
*
For me it doesnt skip at low sens. Thats why qck and qck heavy are different for me.
Deathadder can track better than ikari for me. Perhaps i need times to get used to ikari. smile.gif

No, unlike shape tracking is a fact, the da doesnt track well on qcks, i tested and confirmed with other forum mates...
The optical sensor tracks 100x better on the qck man, trust me, its thatr shape maybe, not the sensor/tracking, or if your using a optical, its the liftoff that your not use to, its like 4mm high...  Its just retarded...
Not trying to defend the ikari thou, i hate the optical version because of the liftoff zzz
*
Im using laser one. I can track better with da not because of the sensor or what, but is because of the shape itself and i confirmed that. SOz cox i didnt mentioned properly just now.. sweat.gif
Both sensors no different for me while using it on qck heavy. No skips at all. When comes to other pad, each of the sensors got it cons and pros.

but den y do the pros stil use DA wif qck heavy?it reali puzzles me..hmm..

Because DA track well with qck heavy lo. IF use qck which is 3mm thick(not sure eh), it feel like moving the mouse on A4 paper. So thickness make different. Ill ask gken come to my place to do comparision again. brows.gif

And yes, a lot of pros using their old mouse such as 3.0, 1.1 and DA. Cypher uses DA. laugh.gif

I used DA and ikari now. And i think ikari worth the price tag. Steelseries really did their homeworks on ikari's shape. U know, shape is the most important thing for a mouse beside from sensors. It is really comfortable too. It work well on every type of surfaces. Unlike DA, if u bring it on qck, GG la(unless qck heavy ma. brows.gif ). So, these are all my personal preferences ya. icon_rolleyes.gif

why nid two mouse xD

ET, quake 3 and css. Because css need faster response, so i bought ikari to try ma. Ikari click's is softer and more responsive than deathadder. But da is good for tracking game(note this is because im a palm grip)

Then why u said ikari doesnt worth the price tag? We all are satisfied with the mouse/price, because its worth..My icemat is an example. It has been 2 years now. And exactly like newly bought.. ..If u not happy with the price and think that ss is selling expensive stuff, u should not be here. Even worse if u tried the mouse few times without owning it.

OFf topic
And i found urself really a razer fan. There is once in Q&A thread, u even recommend them razer barracuda hp-1. Even urs is lucky unit, it doesnt mean they will get the same lucky unit. Because barracuda is known well for it suck quality. I was a razer fan before. But after i tried ss and microsft stuff, it make me feel razer=expensive=suck quality.

1) My tarantula, some untouch keys faded already. And the feeling doesnt same as the first time(this is well known issue). If u try 7g/6g, it have better responsive and can spam millions time. Casanova owns a 6g.

2) Goliathus and exactmat quality really poor. Take a look. This happened after 1 week usage. My exactmat, the control surface already become speed surface liao.

Just tried out Microsoft intellimouse 3.0. Can consider even not ss edition, but same la LOL.

First of all, the built quality of the mouse isnt really good. Feel like chapalang. sweat.gif . However, after u get used to it(1hour nia), it feel more responsive than deathadder even though the click feel like chapalang one. For responsiveness, nth beat ikari lo. Ikari really responsive.

And im noob to this mouse. It is possible to adjust polling rate and dpi for the mouse? I experienced screen lag while using 3.0. But smooth with da and ikari. sad.gif

btw I rate the 3.0
Feel : 9/10
Quality build : 6/10
Performance : 11/10 laugh.gif
Features : 6/10( if can adjust dpi and polling rate, 9/10) smile.gif

I highly recommend u sennheiser pc166 since ur budget quite high.

Basically, icemat is quite good for gaming. Music also not bad lah. Pc166>icemat..price for pc166 also more expensive.

But if u are comparing siberia and 4h, siberia way to go.
