Clavin, your right, liftoff distance = distance when the mouse stops tracking when you lift it~

Hit able, my opinion, yes, the ikari optical is made for fast movements, but they place the sensor in a vertical position, so it can track really fast but u have to lift the mouse really high for it to stop tracking, results a lost in reaction time, the laser, can track at an already impressive speed, you wont be able to make it skip, but however some people who play at extremely low sensitivity makes it skip~

Yes, a huge liftoff is generally bad for gaming,  lower is better, and the liftoff on the optical with my destructor is like 7mm, horrible...
Whil the laser at most is 2mm~

My review not out yet lol! I only got a broken optical with me at the moment, the destributer havent pass me my items, said he will arrange his time...

Added on October 7, 2008, 8:27 pmOh forgot to answer ur 2nd questions, generally the term skip mean's tracking problems... For example, the cursor moves randomly when u move your mouse too fast, or it stops tracking~
