In the case of Oneechanbara, it's a different case
Oneechanbara's localization is already confirmed long time ago after the release of Jap version, Also blood and boobies sells, hence the developer are eager to release it US But in the case of FF4, there's no news of localization after the Jap release, not even a hint. But still... Unlike RE0, they'll just tell you it's confirmed there won't be a english version of RE0, so there's still a very very slim chance it might release in english. |

or wait for taiwan/china chinese version... i guess the chance of latter happening is even rarer than NTSC/US release |

keep the original jap VO with eng sub is better
that's what they did with the chinese version FF3 on PS2 do not want the fugly eng VOs |
