in the real world, I doubt those 16:10 resos would show any significant difference over 16:9 resos stretched to full screen via pixel mapping, well, not for LCD monitor sizes that is.

I used to run my Xbox 360 on my Samsung 2253BW until it died (the Box, not my Samsung) on 1280x720 via VGA and it's still sharp.. well, for the most part. it can also be forced to run 1900x1080 without any problems.

but still, any small attempt by M$ to show some love to LCD monitor users is very much welcome.. and I will appreciate the availability of native LCD resos when I get my new Xbox 360 in time for GOW2
