thats mean is wrong. there is no such thing as "thats".

"that's" is correct...it is short for "that is".

affected = you are affected by something "i am affected by the traffic jam"

effected = you cause something e.g. "the ruling is effected by the king"

haha un4tunately everytime price reduce..the sellers didnt reduce back their price...they think ppl can oredy accept their new price..

regarding the fuel price..i read today newspaper..it mention about the local food stall(i think no everyone) said about they wont reduce the price..but if fuel price reduce..then they/food stall ppl will increase the amount of ingredient compare to reduce back the price.. lao.. but is better for me though since the time i got car..the fuel price should be drop
