others i might not know, but on swirl i know the general.

only 2 things can be done on it.

either it's covered it up which is a simple job and cost less money.

to remove the swirl, it's a big job and will cost a lots and the time as well.

to remove it, you need to use machine to do the job. staring from washing, claying, compounding, and applying layers of things.

the quality of Pad is very important and the machine used as well. Pad need to be always clean and need to wash it after some time.

various type of pad are being use for different layer and different purposes.

tht's generally i know how detailer to remove the swirl.

detailer did not do paint touch up.

anyways, it's not advisable to do touch up as your paint wont looks nice at glace.
