sifu sifu in detailing, hi all.

normally i only do normal car wash with shampoo, sometime using Turtle Wax - Wax it Wet to keep come with the shiny look...recently, found this stain on my car...and can't be remove... any recommendation on how to remove the stain? It looks like bird poo that got into the paint..

I have tried to clay the stain, but it never go off, really etched to the clear coat already, is Meguair's Scratch X help in removing the stain? or any sifu would lend a helping hand in removing the stain for me =D
