If our car have those small dot small dot, something like chip off by stone chip, but it not yet paint drop. Is there any way to recover it?

i have a doubt here, if our car doing car detailing every year, our paint clear coat will get thinner and thinner right? Correct me if I wrong~

It is ok to wash our car twice per week? BTW, I using Meguairs Gold class shampoo. It wont harm our clear coat right?

KC KC bro, window door visor got some hairliners ( scratches) can it be polish off by using polisher machine and meguairs plastic X?
