1JZ or 2JZ or EVO engines will be a good choice, if u r only using this as a road car for normal driving....i've seen my mechanic in Bentong doing this kind of swaps in a lot of 4wd vehicles, e.g Suzuki Jimmy with RB20det/RB25det/SR20det, Pajero with RB or 1JZ/2JZ or EVO engine.......and of course, his hobby is extreme offroading, u should see him doing 4 wheel spins in the jungle with his own RB20det Jimmy.....
