I reserved my items with him; Transformers Cybertron Evac & Alternators Grimlock last month. Paid full amount of RM330 (RM150+RM180) before 1st of July. I asked him when can meet & deliver my items, he kept giving excuses, busy, outstation & told me he will be free end of July to meet me & deliver my item.

For the past few weeks, i PMed him and at 1 time he said his friend using his LYN ID, not him at another thread HERE and replied my PM after that.

I waited July 26th & 27th for him to call me to set a meet up to deliver my items but he didn't call me BUT instead he can set up few meeting to COD with few guys!

On Tuesday, July 29th, I sms him & he said he gave my item to somebody else but the other item (ALT Grimlock) lost in the process while moving to new house. He said he lost 4 Alternators including mine BUT from his sales thread, there's ONLY 2 alternators & 1 Binaltech left. I felt suspicious on this d.

He can met few guys on sunday, gave my item to someone else to pass it to me but never call to tell me to set up a meeting to deliver my item but instead gave it to somebody else.

Why not call me on sunday, sunday night & the whole monday to tell me the item is with somebody else. But when i sms him & asked him on Tuesday(yesterday), after that, he told me the situation. What unethical seller he is plus his ignorance made me sick!

After gave the item to the person to pass it to me, on sunday, he still didn't call me to explain the situation earlier. When i SMS him yesterday(tuesday), after that he replied & explain the situation. Why wait tuesday to explain to me? Why not sunday? Monday?
Nearly 48 hours wait. Lucky me i sms him on tuesday but just imagine if i wait for few days, will he ever call meor SMS me?

I've been waiting for a month for him (after paid full amount last month) to deliver my items but instead he gave my item to someone else to pass it to me. He tried to replace my lost item with different item BUT i refused since it is not the same mold that i want.

So i ask for refund yesterday (Tuesday) & wanted him to refund my money by Tuesday but he SMS me last night he will refund my money by tomorrow which is today (wednesday).

Till now no refund has been made & i called him around 3.00PM with my friend's handphone & managed to talk to him. He said he will refund my money by today, as before 12.00am.

Just want to tell you guys, just be careful with this guys. PLEASE DON'T PAY ANY DEPOSIT BEFORE DEALING WITH HIM!

Hope can get my refund by tonight so that can close this case faster.

Why you pay first if he say can only meet end of july.

First of all, he wanted me to pay RM50 for every item i want him to reserve it to me. Since i reserve 2 items, i paid him RM100 for each item reserve for me.

I paid full amount at the end of June as if he want to deliver my item ASAP during June 28,29 weekend but he postponed his delivery at the end of July said that he went for outstation in Johor somemore.

from July 10 onwards, i waited for his call or SMS but instead it's me that SMS him few times asking when can deliver my items. Until yesterday i SMS him, he replied & told me what happened to my item (lost 1 in the process).

Why wait 2 days to explain to me?

Money refund already, case close.

Still don't understand why kept delaying my refund PLUS no pictures of all the item on sale eventhough people asked for it.
