6x9 bass cant win over sub, sub is always have better bass. if me la, i will go for front a good component set, the middle put 3-way lo... the back i not sure, will there be people sitting at the back or not?

the main thing u add music in ur ride, in my opinion la, is for the driver to enjoy the music lo.. passengers at the back no need enjoy, just listen enough.. XD

lol, hmm cos a van have a big room than car so if i put sub oso it will kick to the back so cant hear the bass
so im planning to stick the 6x9 at the rear door so the bass can kick to the front of the car,
sub cannot put cos not enough room because of the big magnet

now im using 2 10'' sub with box at the back and it is taking up alot space,so now only thinking of putting 6x9

actually im not planning to have explosive bass just need some nice solid bass so when playing some song can have my heart pump abit lol cool.gif

6x9 can never replace the role of the subwoofer. If space constraint why not use 1 x 10/12 inch subwoofer only?

If van you need to buy a HU with time-alighment, front 6.5" 2-way component, rear 6.5" 3-way speakers & a custom ported enclosure using multiple 6" or 8" woofers beneath the rear seats. For the amps it depends on budget.
