Want to ask, how do I have those clickable buttons on top of the page like "about us", "contact us", "how to order" etc for my blogspot?

p/s: One more question: How do I limit the content of my posts on the "home page" to like 50%. Meaning on the main page I have a maximum of 3 posts shown but each post only shows about 50% content. Click on the post to load up the entire post with all the words and images.

How do I do this?
