anyone tried to claim Zitron warranty before?
is it true they will not ask for warranty card + proof of purchase? my supplier say they will connect the HP to a device then everything like imei, supplier i bought from, manufacturing date etc will be shown.

first time dealing with Zitron. As for Midland (SE phone), warranty card is a must

last time sending my zitron - nokia phone for warranty, no need for warranty card

midland - se phone is a must

whats the hassle? its just a piece of a damn card

yet ppl still lost/misplace/ruin it

Before when I used to go to nokia service centre, they will not ask for warranty card. But recently I went there & they asked

which service centre u went to? mb i avoid tht sc...

too much hassle to balik kampung to take the warranty card

nokia wil ask for u warranty card.

I went to the one at Berjaya Plaza. But I think nowadays the warranty card is required at any Nokia Service centres.

There are few nokia centres,each are different company.

I normally take my hp for warranty.U dont need any warranty cards.

when they key in ur imei,they will know whether its under warranty or is it original.so no worries.

The inportant part is that ur warranty sticker must be there.if not there is no more warranty for u.

Not sure about this, but does zitron sets has a sticker that notes the buying date? For AVAXX yes, there do have, a friend of mine just show them this sticker and its accepted without the warranty card

And maybe SE could take a leaf out of HP books on the issue of warranty card, HP phones can check the warranty period and manufacture date online, hence no use of the warranty card

yes. but not to date la. Just month and year. They punch a hole on the stickers (back of HP, battery and every accessories)


Actually Midland is the worst. They will not entertain claim w/o warranty card even retain your warranty card during the repair period. Imagine what if they lost it? nasib la

Yup, the month and year, my bad, not the exact date, u can claim from that sticker then
