For those who purchase auction property, when your loan is approoved and u engage with lawyer to prepare Loan agreement, Did the laywer hold your "proclaimation of sale" agreement?
Cause all the while when i apply loan they only need photocopy, but now he had taken the whole booklet Original copy of POS agreement.

Usually lawyers/banks do require the original documents. If you are worried, just take a photocopy of it and get the lawyer to acknowledge receipt of it.
