Though honestly, sometimes I find that mics just spoils the game. Its nice when people are talking sense and communicating about the game.
However most of the time I go into a game full of mics, all I hear are people swearing the hell out of each other, talking about something that isn't even MGO, then give their annoying voices and all.... I just mute them up.

Worth buying or not is rather subjective.

For me, no a bluetooth mic isn't worth buying.
