1. you can add on infront of it. see example here. 2. even though its really short, the lens' aperture is really large! at f/2-2.8 =] 3. depends on you, maybe straps, covers etc etc... 4. not sure...

guys, i want to get this camera primarily for street photography, so i was wondering, is the focus FAST? i have another camera in mind, the Ricoh GRD2 and it has a SNAP focus mode, where u dont have to wait for autofocus and it takes almost instant.
does manual focus stays after i take a shop until i set it to auto?
thank you, i need to make a quick decision =p

QUOTE(SeeD @ Dec 23 2008, 09:38 PM) The camera will full charged battery can take up to 412 shots. NOTE: I seldom use flash. EDIT: Why does it under expose most of the time while using IA ? WTH ... out of hundreds of pictures ... HUNDRED OF PICTURES ARE UNDER EXPOSED !!! NOU ~~ well, it's better to be underexposed than overexposed =p underexposed the shadow and highlights can be adjusted whereas overexposed can't recover much from its blown highlights. can post some pics showing underexposure?

i think the bright sky and the dark shadows made the camera confused o.o have you tried other metering options like spot metering?
don't worry about that shot as long as it doesn't overexpose, you can easily adjust it in photoshop or lightroom =].

LX3 > LX2
LX3 is good for low light because of its lens and sensor =]
