Actually, what about the telephone number? Does anyone have this fella's contact? Can it be traced this way? With police report, will the phone company give the details of this guy and can the cops prosecute?

There's a guy on the Console Couch thread planning to order PS3 games through foreign suppliers. He intends to order when he's got 100 people buying about 3 to 5 copies each. So far got a lot of positive response. Unless he knows someone in customs, he's in for a big surprise when his stock arrives.
