I'm only starting to explore blue ray. Before this only play ps3... so yesterday got my first box set - spiderman... heh heh.

Now I read the thread you guys buying top gun? arghhh... i missed the boat. I'll be sure to follow this thread from now on la like this.

right now I'm a bit depressed. I guess my set up is pretty bad. I got paradigm speakers for my front (wall mounted) and center. JBL for surrounds. But I'm using a cheap panasonic amp... so somehow or rather, my subwoofer isn't functioning and the sounds aren't that spectacular compared to my dad's pioneer set (jeez).

Also, I can see some pixels... or smudgy blackground colours on my Sharp aquos 37"... even latest blue ray...ala spiderman 3. i thought blue ray supposed to be sharp. I tested blade runner and die hard 4 also like that. Is it my tv or ps3?

i wonder how rambo 4 will look like on blue ray... just watched it... damn gory man.

Err just to pop in again and ask you braders... since I missed the last bulk buy for Top Gun; waiting for anyone who wants to sell theirs 2nd hand copy
