What makes me really angry is that the UPS girl called me asking for the tax even when my package is still in Europe. Like there will be no negotiations whatsoever with the customs when it arrive. The girl said I have to pay to the delivery guy when they deliver, just wanted me to prepare the money, no negotiations.

I straight away told her to return it. There was silent for 10 seconds before she finally said OK.

Amazon already emailed me, they will refund everything within 2-3 days. I'm now "tawar hati" to order from Amazon anymore though. Looks like Tower.com will be my new favorite shop.

UPS straight away declare every parcels to ketam, so they impose tax for ketam also in billings. my theory.

priority mail = reach airport in less than a week, go to censorship board and stay there for 2-3weeks, then courier picks it up to send to me.. total 1 month..

expedite mail = reach airport, send to post, post send to me, pay tax, done.. 2-3weeks
