It's not blu-ray. It is just DVD claimed to be copied from BD using Blu-ray case! There is blue oval sticker on the cover stating that it is DVD9 but they are using blu-ray's casing and cover art! I've seen these yesterday. doh.gif

Check your BD surface. Any scratches or dirt. One of the possible causes.
