On AMD system, RAM is always the derivative of cpu clockspeed. The values such as DDR2-400, DDR2-667, DDR2-800 or DDR2-1066 are just 'dividers', they don't represent the true RAM clockspeed. For actual speed, it depends on CPU multiplier and the HTT speed.
Please refer to AM2/AM2+ overclocking thread on the first page. There is a set of table for your reference. This is actually just basic.
