Don't jump to conclusion so fast. Do a survey first before you state your comments. One of my condo in Bandar Kinrara, The Zxxx rented out for RM2100 for fully furnished. Setiawalk should be match the market value if you can find the similar tenant.

Thanks puchongite. Exactly I wanted to point out this. My "expat" meaning is always follow the wiki's one. smile.gif I'm the "lazy" type in short to define my own expat meaning.
