Yes, talking about buying properties...whether for own stay or investment, the major factors we should consider are location, developer, surrounding amenities, public transport, accessibility to major towns, future appreciation of properties, bla bla bla....all these seem to be in the favour of SW.

Ah, almost forget to mention about the price...damn...many people seem to be scared away by the so called high premium price charged by SPS.

Before I take my order...need more opinions from the sifus to enlighten me.

Anyone received sms from agent?

I got a message from one of them offering price around RM520-540 psf.

How they got my no. so fast, i not even get the CF from developer.

Ya, level 12, 1007 sf.

I got a fren who is very optimistic about Setiawalk and just lately bought a unit in Trigon for around 900k, 1300+ built-up, which comes to RM680 psf. Wow! really keng chow!!!

Finally got my keys and also the cheque for LAD amounting to 2.5k.

Thought of renting out...can taiko here give advice how much rent can i fetch if my unit is partially furnished with 3 air-conds, kitchen cabinet, ceiling fans and basic lightings? btw, my unit is type c, 1007sf 12th floor facing LDP.

Would like to know any taiko is going for bulk purchase for air-conds and kitchen cabinets, pls share ur experience and recommendation.
