QUOTE(airline @ Jun 9 2012, 10:18 AM) Went again last nite.. Wong kok next to starbucks Full of people.. Station 6 so much bigger than station 7 I was at Tappers for breakfast. The crowd in SW is quite encouraging based on the current opening lots. The Japanese ramen restaurant will be at Block D. I thought only block E, F and G are for F&B?

QUOTE(davkong @ Jun 9 2012, 04:22 PM) Some taikor said before Blocks A, B, C, D also allowed for F&B, just that no service lane at the back of the rows. If the F&B operator can live with that then they can operate there. From the website another cafe is opening at Block C. Block B is mostly saloons. Block A nothing yet Great. Hope to see more eateries there , rather than just watering holes. Was at Setia City Mall, they have a supermarket (Urban Marketplace) which is nice. SP Setia should bring them into SW too.

QUOTE(davkong @ Jun 10 2012, 02:33 AM) Yes, I agree. Since SPS owns the entertainment centre, they can try to nego with Urbanfresh or any other niche grocers to open a branch in SW. It will be very welcomed not only by SW owners but also surrounding Puchongites too. Where would be the most suitable lot for a grocer? LG is most practical but the lots there are too small, lot 1-10 or 1-11 seems to be ok for medium size grocer. Lot 2-7 is big enough but don't think Level 2 is practical for grocer. Level Ground Level 1 Level 2 Do you have the link to set SPS to do so?

QUOTE(rongfu @ Jun 20 2012, 11:00 AM) basic on 1007sf middle floor If OCBC values at RM 500psf, can I assume that a 1096sf unit (with free kitchen cabinet and etc) would be fair to ask for RM 550K-570K? What is the premium one is willing to pay if the unit is on the sky garden level?

[attachmentid=2905206][attachmentid=2905207] Is Bank of China going to take up enbloc of the PFCC?

QUOTE(davkong @ Jun 29 2012, 05:41 PM) Dunno, but unless it's fully centralized a/c serviced apartments (hotel style), otherwise most residential apartments in Malaysia have open style corridor... Yes, rain time definitely will get wet. There are sky garden at 11th/15th/19th/23rd floors. The floors with sky gardens are much wider at the corridor area. This should be able to serve as a shelter to the corridor of the 3-4 floors below. I expect no major problem unless the wind is very strong when it rains. QUOTE(starship1 @ Jul 9 2012, 03:51 PM) man , i think SW draw a lifestyle concept which is very westernised for its condos occupants and for puchong folks as well from a chinaman cowboy lifestyle in the 70s and 80s to a full blown parisian bistro ,americanised, germanised and ingerlandish pub and F&B style inside 30 years . don't know Buzhong folks can adapt or dare to embrace to it or not if not, all outlets may close for bizness within 2 years and open kopitiam selling char kueh teow ,chee cheong fun, curry laksa or even boiled , braised ,fried or souped-up wild animal feast ,etc Standard of living has improved over the years. Be it Puchong folks, or Cheras Folks, or Damansara folks, there are always needs to have some "life style" living/dining/shoppng/lepak-ing as past time activities.

QUOTE(UFO-ET @ Jul 10 2012, 11:36 AM) I agree that the Solace pool is small, but I do notice that >80% of the condos' swimming pool in the mkt are under utilized. Even during weekends we hardly see the pool is full of crowd. I used to swim in my fren's condo in Kelana Jaya, the size is bout 2 / 3 times larger than Solace's pool, there are less than 10 swimmers in the pool during Sat / Sun peak hour - 4pm - 7pm. That is exactly my thought. Many of the buyers, myself inclusive (previously), are putting too much priority on how big the swimming pool is. However, I came to realize that the pools are normally under utilized. I have been to the pool less than 10 times since I moved in to my current place. For my previous condo, less than 3 times in 2 years.
