Yes, I agree. Since SPS owns the entertainment centre, they can try to nego with Urbanfresh or any other niche grocers to open a branch in SW. It will be very welcomed not only by SW owners but also surrounding Puchongites too. Where would be the most suitable lot for a grocer? LG is most practical but the lots there are too small, lot 1-10 or 1-11 seems to be ok for medium size grocer. Lot 2-7 is big enough but don't think Level 2 is practical for grocer.

Dunno, but unless it's fully centralized a/c serviced apartments (hotel style), otherwise most residential apartments in Malaysia have open style corridor... Yes, rain time definitely will get wet.

We can see SPS leasing team losing the control on initial plan. Izit a good move for so many pubs? I doubt. Those apts which face the shos will hv sleepless night for sure

man , i think SW draw a lifestyle concept which is very westernised for its condos occupants and for puchong folks as well

from a chinaman cowboy lifestyle in the 70s and 80s to a full blown parisian bistro ,americanised,germanised and ingerlandish pub and F&B style inside 30 years .

don't know Buzhong folks can adapt or dare to embrace to it or not

if not, all outlets may close for bizness within 2 years and open kopitiam selling char kueh teow ,chee cheong fun,curry laksa or even boiled , braised ,fried or souped-up wild animal feast ,etc

pool looks uninspiring and kinda small.

I agree  that the Solace pool is small, but I do notice that >80% of the condos' swimming pool in the mkt are under utilized. Even during weekends we hardly see the pool is full of crowd. I used to swim in my fren's condo in Kelana Jaya, the size is bout 2 / 3 times larger than Solace's pool, there are less than 10 swimmers in the pool during Sat / Sun peak hour - 4pm - 7pm.
