Ok... can we get some figures here? What will be the ideal size (width x length) for a pool for 200+ units? I'm sure the photo is showing the lap pool and not wading pool. Not sure about Solace as I don't have the floor plan, but for Brio, if you look at the plan, the lap pool will be approximately 25m x 6m (solely my visual judgement). I don't know if that is real small or what. It might be the same size for Solace, probably a bad angle?

I am only concern SW for the 1st year, in long run it will prosper, with the in house 800 apts, plus the new strata project next to SW (next to Bomba), which is going to launch, are expected anothet 4-6 blocks of new condos inject into the mkt, on top of that the newly PFCC (Offices and 1 4 Star Hotel) will generate more crowd to SW, and redevelopment of Tesco will definitely pull more attention for those who shops in Puchong.
The future main hotspots in Puchong will be:-
1) IOI Mall + Boulevard (LRT service)
2) Gloden Triangle - SW + PFCC + Redevelopment Tesco (LRT service)
3) Bandar Puteri VIVO City (No LRT service)

Not sure about the IOI Mall lake, I guess you need to be pretty high up to have a clear view of that. This photo is from the loft unit which is at the top most. For the Lake Edge lake though, I guess units from L15 and above should be able to have a good view of it. As a general guide, if you can see the floor from the lake, you should be able to see the lake from the floor

Yes, especially L8, most of the units there facing LDP practically have a wall for view only... 

With LDP view, you can get a slice of urban feel with the night lights and non-stop traffic, some ppl might find this appealing..

Forest view, surprisingly L8 also can get a decent view.

so many shops open for business but Solace have yet to deliver VP . Those shops need new tenant to fill-up their seats . Why the delay in VP.
