Both selling price (Solace - Sub sale, Trigon - new) seems quite drastic. But I hv a feeling that Trigon offers something unique, purchasing a condo / service apt has a lots aspects to consider i.e building quality, common facilities, reception area, lift and corridor, security measures.

Willing B & willing S. all I can say is Malaysian like to own NEW thing, fr gadgets, car, house etc. our new condo design and facilities really 3X-5X better than those old condos, landed property is bout the same. countries like Singapore, Taiwan & HK, their old condos maintenance are quite decent, roads and public roads well maintained by local authority, their people dun mind to stay in old apt so long location is good.

In my experience, banker, accountant and valuer are the most conservative group, they hv one thing in common, very good in calculation. Thus miss plenty of chances..

I wonder how many retails outlet space available after TGV, Celebrities and Superstar? Wat do think the % of space occupied by the threes?
Do you know any new tenants in the EM? It seems a bad move that SPS allows the shops and EM opened separately
