Yes, without public toilet is a big shortcoming IMO... some window shoppers/ visitors also need to use toilet. Ok, there's bound to be public toilet in the entertainment centre, maybe just have to be patient till it's open

SW should make the mobile toilet available at least until the entertainment centre opens, if there is no public toilet in the EC then there is serious design flaw, hehe. But have seen the EC layout plan, there are toilets, so not a worry. Funny the management team didn't think how it would inconvenience visitors without the toilet at the moment, or they expect the visitors to "borrow" toilets from any shops there when nature comes calling.
Anyway, any news on Solace yet? I received letter asking to pay the TNB meter deposit and application for Brio. Have seen a better photo of the pool at Level 7 than the one previously posted here, not as small as imagined, although i dunno how others define it as big/ small for 250+ units. The only grit i have is that Level 7 might not be as sunny as i would liked it to be, this is after all a covered space. Some might like it as that means you get to enjoy the facilities 24/7 reagrdless the weather and also not many ppl like the sun, but that's just my opinion |

QUOTE(sunnyK @ Apr 17 2012, 09:23 AM) dav taikor Lol, sorry to disappoint bro, but i think the photo is for the loft units on top. Other units for Solace will still get the 18" x 18" tiles as seen in some other photos. Brio and Vio will get 2' x' 2' porcelain tiles as in the photo but they are paying more also.thanks for the photos upload i agree the swimming pool looks smallish but the living hall seems to have nice tile and it appear like 2' x 2' instead of 18'' x 18'' . could SP Setia change the size of tiles . nice surprise indeed P/S : the water splash event appear spill with fun . wish i am there QUOTE(klangboy83 @ Apr 17 2012, 11:49 AM) nice pictures, forest view look so serene! Yes, i think the forest view is not that bad too, coz you have the forest at the back (Ayer Hitam) and some smaller strips of forest at the front. If your unit is at the lower floors you will get a feel that the forest edge is nearer as your vision is till the edge of the smaller forest at the front. Not bad. Btw, the pool is not filled with water yet la, lol....the pool water level look quite shallow, is it just for washing legs? This post has been edited by davkong: Apr 17 2012, 12:43 PM |

Ok... can we get some figures here? What will be the ideal size (width x length) for a pool for 200+ units? I'm sure the photo is showing the lap pool and not wading pool. Not sure about Solace as I don't have the floor plan, but for Brio, if you look at the plan, the lap pool will be approximately 25m x 6m (solely my visual judgement). I don't know if that is real small or what. It might be the same size for Solace, probably a bad angle?

Well, the closure period is for the construction of the station only... there are still other works involved.

“We are also identifying a few locations along the extension of both the LRTs for property development and we will make due announcement when everything is finalised.” Do you think there's a possibility of a development at ST07, since it is on prime location and there's a huge piece of land available (Tesco)? |

QUOTE(sunnyK @ Apr 20 2012, 12:47 PM) unless that piece of land owner near stn 07 is happy collecting rental from Tesco , they will think of something or j/v developers will be happy to do it for them I always have the idea that there's a possibility, since the land is under Sime Darby and coincidently the depots for both the extensions are in Putra Height, also by Sime Darby. Might never know, maybe some muscles are at work here. If it really worked out, it will be another price catalyst for the high rise along Puchong Golden Mile. My2c..that land will be the last piece of prime land of LDP between IOI mall and SW , the epicenter and center of gravity in puchong |

QUOTE(rongfu @ Apr 24 2012, 12:25 AM) Thanks! Lift lobby looks like using porcelain tiles, too bad it's not extended to the corridor as well, will look nicer with shiny corridor floor, hehe. L8 units might have security issues as passerbys can jump over the railing and walk straight to your room windows and yard. Probably something need to be planted at these bare spaces to minimize intrusion as well as to make it look nicer. Once concern i has earlier was some Type B and C units' master bathroom have no windows for ventilation, from a photo i saw it looks like they have installed exhaust ducting (dunno fan is provided or not) for the master bathroom. For L7, all i can say is it stays true to what you see on the scale models when u bought the units. Brio and Vio's L7 is almost similar while Solace's is a little different (changes due to the removed garden units which no one wanted). No offence, i really don't fancy the colourful mosaic tiles on Solace's L7 and i hope they will stick to more natural stone grain flooring for Brio and Vio (as per the scale model). |
