Tv box just a conveter to enable your monitor to capture live tv.
As for Tv signal, it is very depand on your housing area tv broadcasting.

Think about a handphone, sometimes we may encountered poor signal due to signal broadcast is weak in the area.

If you housing area tv signal is strong, most likely your monitor able to capture good tv quality
