putting my vote in hoping depp will indeed play the riddler and jolie will be catwoman..

they were all superb in delivering their performances which is why we have 2 masterpiece movies.

its unlikely but after reading the points in this thread i really do hope depp and jolie get those parts

no i dont think joker should return as respect for heaths work.. but not only that.. its time for a change of pace.. different villains will do...

just imagine sitting thru rebooted batman marathon and you have batman 2 (tdk) n 3 (dark knight returns) featuring heavy doses of the joker... it is 2+ hours long the 2nd movie..

change of pace i hope.. angelina as catwoman would be nice. 'woof'

sam worthington should not replace bale.
bale's acting and rendition of batman has become the 'de facto' batman. almost like christopher reeves owns the superman image.

but maybe sam can be a villain? maybe hush. in any case he should definitely do a proper batman 3. take his time and do it well. for us viewers its simple, if its no good we dont watch. its the studios that have to bankroll massively in blockbuster movies

warner bros will be dissappointed but they will of course continue if theres an opening and batman dont die in the 3rd nolan flick... but tough for any other director to measure up to nolans legacy.

before heaths death, nolan said the movie was about harvey norman / two face... so its possible the 3rd movie could have been about the jokers further ascension... maybe changed the editing a bit to make the joker the main villain after heaths death... or maybe not..
his acting was superb and the movie came out brilliant.

wouldnt want to sit in a batman marathon of batman begin, dark knightm and 3rd movie when the joker is already in almost 3 hours of the movie... a new character please.....

i am sure this will be the best. im sure he had in his mind how to properly close his legacy. give a closure to this rendition of batman so no one else can muck it up (if we assume batman will be no more at end of movie)

eh? ya sure? if i recall correctly, ive seen 3 different trailers and over 10 teaser/mini trailers for batman begins. all from us websites of course... if ur talking about trailers they show on local tv then it might be another thing
