need guide and help about paypal.. i want to buy something online shops, but i dont have paypal account.. im 19 so i dont have credit card yet.. can i still open the account? wut shud i do to hv a verified paypal account?
i heard abt debit card but hw n where cn i get the debit card?

i'm not sure whether u can open a paypal acct if u don have credit card. i think u shud have a credit card to open 1.

and verified paypal acct is required to have a credit card to verify it.

but i hv no income..hw cn i hv cc..

debit card i think also can but not sure

You can open Paypal without the credit card, my brother don't have credit card, he have pay-pal and some fund inside. Can use Public Bank Visa Electron, Al-Rahji Bank or Tune Money debit card to verified.

I forgot the link where someone post all info about debit card available.... not all can be use with Paypal. As far as I know, Maybank Debit card cannot be use right now.

Good answer, yes, the above debit cards should work - preload the Tune Money card for example.

prolly u can apply for the debit card w/o any saving acc in PBB. but not sure Paypal accept debit card anot.

however, u may try to contact Paypal to confirm whether debit card is acceptable n its criteria to open and acc.

I need help for PayPal as well. Let's say my customer in S'pore wants to make payment to me via PayPal. Is the payment transfered in USD? Is there any extra charges that my customer should bear?
