Hi,

Kinda new to the phone. Just got it not long ago, i have downloaded some videos in mp4 format from youtube thru keepvid.com. Works fine in the pc, but when uploaded to the phone, the audio could be heard but the picture "froze" from the first frame. Is there any software updates need to be made ? thanks
