GW1 firmware doesn't support chinese. So, u can't read and input chinese characters in this firmware.

Just days away from this thread, and it were grown. Seems like we having more and more P1i user here.

Anyways guys, i was wander do there any 3rd party application that can act like sticky yellow notes? I mean something like WM6 to-do task. I know the P1i has it very own task function, but its not some convenience as it will go to minimized mode after press the back key. Its quite annoying as somehow i set my to do task, but because of pressed the back key and everything go minimized. And i got forgotten what i need to do.

Ic. Than the suggestion u have is not the solution for my problem. What i need is some application which can act like P1i very own task function, but perform in better way. Where wont go missing / minimized easily.

do you still have this problem if you pair with a Bluetooth GPSr and browse in the maps?

Because i dun have specified done date for my to do list. Just wanna make it hand on standby menu as it can remind myself whenever i touch the phone.

Saw my fren's O2 in WM6 with this function, is damn good and convenient.

Hah.. The reminder only function when u set the time and date for it. But i need an application that can work without setting the time and date but its sticked on the standby menu.

swiss manager pro 1.7 that i've installed in my p1i seems work for me...didnt need to register...try get help from ipmart forum...

Hi, I can't really find any bug list for P1i in lowyat here, so hope we can all prepare a list of bugs we found in our firmware so it is easier for sony ericsson to identify and fix in the future.

- in camera mode, the shortcut key number '4' switches between auto focus modes, but does not refresh its lower icon, as if nothing happened.

- when a person does a 3g video call, and then ends it later on, the speakerphone icon on the upper right is still there. There is no way to remove the icon (even tried using silent mode to refresh it won't work).

- 3g sim card, when trying to copy phone contacts into a 3g sim card, it shows 'overflow' error. This was tested by trying to copy more than 30 contacts at one go.

But the thing is, i cant seem to access the on screen keyboard even after goin thru the control panels.

Wats wrong? it only allows me to choose chinese language keyboard.??
