anyone actually used the 3G feature of this phone here?

I have a 3G SIM card and :

I noticed on dual (GSM and 3G networks) mode when doing normal voice call, the phone starts to heat up about 15 minutes.

I then switched to (GSM only) mode and 15 minutes it's still cool like normal phone.

(These tests are done alternately for 2 weeks) to make sure the heat starts from normal levels each day.

Does this mean 3G is more harmful to health since it heats up more easily and operates on higher frequency?

i think 3g eat more battery...
but i dont think heat can kill us lor...maybe a few brain cells la..
for ur information...using handphone is like standing beside a microwave.... walau...can kill ppl wan wei

that's the thing..if 3g is safer, why in the world is it eating up more battery and produces more heat within same interval length of time?? I've switched back to GSM only mode

now just only Maxis and Celcom got 3G right?? anyone know when Digi will start 3G??

last 3 months, they told me they gt d 3g block d.(digi staff)

i know install swissmanager v1.60 first then after that install swissmanager v1.70 will be done..but i cant install swissmanager v1.60..it keep on said component failed and security check failed..something like that..headache ar!!!! anyone can help me?

bro, actually there is swissmanager pro v1.70 in the forum...maybe u hav to search it again...btw, in order to change ur phone menu, u need to upgrade ur firmware to the latest version n also install some application to ur phone as mention on the first page...dont affraid to try...

depends on which AP...and of course ori set's quality is better...AP dont know use what kind of hardware although its pass by SIRIM..

anyone use crystal case or silicone case on p1i?how was it?
