sounds like they're trying to con you of RM100. it's known that some AP companies are not that 'honest' when comes to servicing. did you ever let water sip through your phone or any incidents which allow water to 'enter' the phone?

btw, just finished modding the sound on my phone with Supersound FINAL by dongxanh. hands got itchy after read what dynamike have said. got the files in my laptop previously. just too lazy to do it. 

there are two versions of it :

- V4.1: SuperFine: best quality, normal screen tap sound
- V4.2: Metalic: Stronger bass and treble, loud screen tap sound

 
chose the SuperFine version 'cause i wanted a normal screen tap sound (you can actually adjust it by editing the files' coding). didn't try Metallic 'cause i'm quite satisfied with what i have now. definitely better sound quality in terms of bass & clarity. but volume can't be set too high though, it will be distorted. can't do comparison with other sound mods like MonsterSound and MonsterBass 'cause haven't tried 'em.
