After reading, found that Synology and HP Micro Server is a hot product. May I get some advice for using RAID 5?

For Synology, if 1 HDD spoilt, just replace the HDD will do, right?
How if the casing spoilt? Can change casing and easily generate back the data?

For HP Micro Server, if 1 HDD spoilt, just replace the HDD will do, right?
How if the OS corrupt? How about motherboard spoilt? What should be the option?

For Micro Server, which OS is recommended?
Can it setup as 24 hr download bt? How about remote control?
