Im interested to get this ECONAVI Panasonic Air-Conditioner

Any comments?
The price are slightly higher than those normal aircons.

An Air Conditioner Featuring ECONAVI Intelligent Sensors:

Detects the presence and location of people in the room to eliminate wasted cooling and maximize airflow toward room occupants.
Detects the absence of people in the room and automatically increases the set temperature to minimize wasted electricity.
Senses the amount of activity in the room, increasing or decreasing cooling power based on low, normal, or high levels of movement.
Reduces energy consumption by up to 30%*1.[I]

Mitsubishi MR SLIM RM884 1.5hp is very very very cheap.
The cheapest I get quoted is during Home Dec - Mr Slim 1hp is RM960 include installation.
Yours is unbelievably cheap...

But this makes me worry as well, how come this electrical shop can sell at such lower price than others..hm...
