York is not a good brand. I have 2 york at my office.

1st install, water drips. Fixed on the spot.
1st month, very cold. I mean VERY COLD, not just COOL. I am impressed.
2nd month, average.
3rd month, air-cond breakdown due to the area where the outdoor unit is installed. The area doesn't have enough room to dissipate heat (but the area has aluminium lining that allows air to go out)
4th month, from very cold become cool air then eventually it just went straight downhill.

One break down, it's ok. But two york breakdown at the same time? And service is bad. They come and didn't settle my problem. Just ASK me to open the aluminium lining to reveal the air cond to dissipate the heat and he even told me if I didn't do that, the aircond unit will breakdown faster in 1 year time. But all my neighbors in the office lots doesn't have these problem, why my York so special??

I agree that York is not a good brand. The indoor unit build is like cheap plastic unlike the Mitsubishi I used at home.

Go for Mitsubishi. The price is a little bit more expensive but more worth the hassle.

What's the best offer you guy got for Mitsubishi Mr Slim 1hp and 1.5hp and where you guys got it.

I got RM1000 for 1hp include installation.
RM1420 for 1.5hp include installation.
