QUOTE(harrychoo @ Mar 8 2010, 09:06 AM) Daikin inverter can used back conventional piping and coolant from what i heard, hence installation is cheaper and when u change aircon next time, u can change to non-inverter type I believe Panasonic and Mitsubishi inverter type airconds are using conventional piping as well, nope?

QUOTE(Greenyz @ May 16 2010, 02:38 PM) My contractor told me my new house aircond piping is the normal one , hence cant go for inverter type.If really keen on inverter need to hack the wall again and redo the piping. Such case is common ka ??I tought the inverter is using same piping system, only installation cost different with inverter type more ..can anyone confirm this ?? If you use Daikin Inverter, you can use the old piping as it is.

QUOTE(audy @ Jun 7 2010, 04:09 PM) Anyone using LG? Since day one my 2.0hp LG aircond is not cold and requires many many hours before the room even feels cool, sometimes not even cold at all. I hv to switch on aircond+fan to get the room to be cold. Is it LG no good or some other problem? Is yours the LG Artcool series?

QUOTE(yuszairi @ Jun 17 2010, 03:25 PM) i got 5unit aircond in my new house (subsale one) n 3unit aircond in my current apartmen. nx month going to move into new place n wanna swap those aircond. distance between current apt to new location oni 2km... how much wud it cost to swap: remove n install those 3 unit aircond? Even if your distance between your old and new place is 10km, the difference of the charges is very minimal. It is not about the distance, it is about the dismantling and installing.
