Like this, if do maintenance service how much ar?

My less than one month old Panasonic is giving me problem (rattling noise) now. Heh.

My model is CS-PC9MKH (link). I'm not sure if it's the latest or old model. 

I see. My unit produces rattling/vibrating noise when I switch on (the first 5 minutes) as though the whole unit is working really hard. And the noise will go on throughout the night when the room temperature increases. Oddly, I left the swing in on position.

can i use inverter piping for non inverter type air cond?

bcos i got a mitsubishi - 2HP non inverter aircond, n wanna swift to my new house...so was thinking to install the piping for inverter type , easy for later upgrade...

if no prob then its good..
scare got any issue later..cos heard the piping is diff..

intend to get the mount unit aircond for the master bedroom but there are several questions up in my mind.
currently im living on 9th floor and the apartment oso got no balcony.
i wonder how the installation for the outdoor unit can be done? how they gonna hang the unit outside there? what i mean, there's no place for people to stand/hold from the outside wall to do the installation. i think it is quite dangerous
any a/c guys here kindly advise me? appreciate it. tq.

did your retail shop help you guys to get the rm100 rebate per air- cond from TNB?
meaning if let say air- cond is rm1k so i just need to pay the retail shop RM900 only after less the rm100 from TNB?
