currently i am using panasonic inverter 1 hp in my bedroom..the aircond unit was good(thumbs up), but the compressor(which place outside my room window) was kinda noisy..at night can hear the sound while on bed. it is brand new.

so now i am thinking to get an aircond for my new house master bedroom. same thing the compressor, i will place outside my window too...but after having bad experience with my panasonic, i m thinking to try other brand which compressor operate quietly. i need recommendation from fellow forummers here.

my budget : less than rm1.3k
requirements : 1hp, inverter, QUIET compressor, aircond blower(left to right : can swing 140 degree), easy maintenance, usage about 3 hours per day only...

any that suits my requirement?

Even i set it to auto(both up-down & letf-right swing), i can't feel the air if my sitting/standing location is out of the 90 degree coverable area 

yes, unless i set to highest speed, else i can't feel the air..

my 1.5HP panasonic inverter deluxe also got the same issue.
it is quite loud but not until it affect my sleep.
but mostly during "pick up" period. after 20mins it seems back to OK sound.
The funny thg is, the 2.5HP inverter compressor seems quiet than the 1.5HP one.

If cannot peel off, then my LED tv cannot watch already.
In 4 corner pasted sticker too.

Panasonic had cost cutting that's why more noisy, like my hitachi inverter also same.
After usage less than 1 month to be relocated into other room
After used the starmex had no issue at all.
When starting got nimor casing Ta Ta sound due to plastic temperature changed is very common.

The pros i can see so far (1) save space, (2) lower maintenance cost. 

I think it is not reasonable.
The conceal price already include the copper pipe and waste water pipe, how come the aircond installation still charge at RM350 ??
Normal back to back standard installation ( no conceal) for 1 HP is RM150 with 10ft copper pipe. Additional length at RM10 per foot run.

My Master bedroom is using Panasonic inverter 1.5HP. Not noisy at all, even compressor are silent.

Earlier had a problem with gas leak this are due to installation issue, and taken down the compressor and blower few time to check. It does make noise after that, but is due to re-installation issue and rectified later.

Most of the time when users complain noisy is because the installation was not done properly.
