105ft, wow, you have a big house. Did you factor in losses? If not later you get under sized Ac, waisted the money and not cold.

Wow. Long piping. A reminder, check your AC spec. I do not believe there is any 1HP and 1.5HP AC piping that allows you to go more than 20m. That 100 plus feet might result in compressor oil return problem and your compressor will die very fast. Capacity drop is the last thing you will want to worry.

however, I m only afford to buy two airconds at master room and living hall....

but, there there two more points at room 2 and room 3....how do you cover the piping? can i use back the gas pipe after three years or even more? if I didnt tape the holes, i afraid "lipas" will go in and block the holes in future....

Masking tape to tape the holes inside, and masking tape + plastic bag for outside. Can just leave it.

Really sorry for the confusion. Actually I need to install 7 units of aircond : 1 2.5HP Cassette (according to my contractor, the installation cost is the same as 3HP, so, he quote me 3HP price), 3 1.5HP and 3 1HP. Very headache now. Install aircond also damn expensive!
Thank you!

Copper pipe is brazing. Not solder or weld. Dont bend it I agree. Warp the outlet with muskin tape and outdoor side put plastic bag. Get your AC installer to vacuum kao kao during installation. Just leave it there and dont cut. Poor brazing work will result in leakage. What they do in factory is that after they braze the will usually test the brazing point with a 450 to 600 psi pressure depending on pipe thickness. I doubt that your AC man can do that. Do not cut.

Oh my, you remember me back when I work in 1 of the aircon manufacturing. Yes the process of condenser(indoor) and evaporator (outdoor) is brazing the copper pipe together. Than pump high pressure air into it and put into the fish tank. Check for the bubble leakage. Than take back and repair again. Even we using this method of checking on the compressor.
