I used Hitachi inverter aircond before, Hitachi inverter aircond has the highest BTU in 1HP range, cooling efficiency is quite good, however,

1. sort of noisy, on auto mode, the fan keep max speed for quite long even the room temperature has reached the set temperature.

2. Main circuit board reliability, my circuit board malfunction after a year, warranty covered for the first year and get the new replacement, second year faced the same issue and warranty just over, and want to charge me RM500 to replace the circuit board, I didn't get the replacement because they don't give the circuit board for another two years warranty. so get the mitsubishi inverter in the end.

1. Low fan mode is quiet, just the auto mode is running at full speed too long, normally I prefer auto mode

2. Hitachi only has 7 years on the compressor, two years for the rest of the parts, are you sure you got 5 years warranty for all parts?
