Air-Cond power point range is from RM130-RM180 as you may find in this thread. Just make sure they use min 2.5mm power cable (Not China mali) & pull direct from DB.

Oh ya, if that is a shit pipe, maybe the shit smell will come out from the aircon pipe when dry. And worst, the shit bacteria will spread to your room.
You have a problem. |

May not be sewerage pipe, can be rain water pipe, but doing that way is wrong, your building management find out you have problem. If is rain pipe, heavy rain you risk water flowing out.
See if it connect to any of your toilet our above toilet. |

My new condo is using concrete wall and no hacking allow :S
Btw, any recommendation for energy saving air con? 1 for living room(1.5hp or 2hp), 1 master bedroom(1hp), 1 bed room(1hp)-optional All adjacent. Is it advisable to get multi split system? Since normally I will use at most 2 at the same time. This post has been edited by Kelv: Jun 20 2012, 03:36 PM |

I better get advise from QS fren/architect/project manager rather than those contractor.... See if it connect to any of your toilet our above toilet. |

Sigh, just found out that my condo's aircon carbon piping installed is the thinner one.
I guess maybe need to settle with Daikin Inverter R22 airconditioner now...... Hopefully pricing wise will be cheaper but wondered if anyone's using it and power consumption the same as R410A ones? |

QUOTE(sany1424 @ Jun 20 2012, 03:30 PM) can anyone tell me what is the different between Misubishi Electric and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries?. which one is better for non inverter basic unit? thanks Mitsubishi has 2 different brands for airconds.1. Mitsubishi Electric (Mr Slim) 2. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) According to the sales man, in Malaysia, these 2 brands are competing against each other although back in Japan, they are under the same parent company. I'm planning to go for MHI's Deluxe series model as recommended by their sales personnel. Under MHI there are Standard, Deluxe and Inverter series. More information here. Reason I go for MHI is the 3D air and powerful fan (for 2HP it could blow up to 12 meters away). |
